کارکنان هتل پارسیان کوثر تهران در قالب نظام پیشنهادات ارائه کردند :

54 راهکار برای صرفه جویی در حامل های انرژی هتل

به دنبال بخشنامه مدیرعامل شرکت مادر تخصصی سیاحتی و مراکز تفریحی پارسیان مبنی بر تشکیل کمیته انرژی در کلیه واحد های تابعه این شرکت با هدف بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی ، هتل پارسیان کوثر تهران که به عنوان اولین هتل در زنجیره هتل های پارسیان از سال گذشته اقدام به اجرای طرح نظام پیشنهادات به منظور بهره مندی از ایده های پرسنل در اداره ی بهتر هتل کرده است ضمن تشکیل کمیته انرژی به ریاست احمد مولوی مدیر عامل هتل ، مسابقه ای را در قالب این طرح بین کارکنان با عنوان " به نظر شما بهترین شیوه برای صرفه جویی در حامل های انرژی هتل چیست؟" برگزار کرد که نتایج بسیار مثبتی را به دنبال داشت . به گزارش روابط عمومی هتل پارسیان کوثر تهران طی مدت ده روز فرصت شرکت دراین مسابقه مجموعاً 13 نفر از کارکنان نظرات و راهکارهای خود را برای استفاده بهینه از انرژی در هتل ارائه کردند که جمع بندی نظرات ارائه شده 54 راهکار را به دنبال داشته است. بر پایه همین گزارش از جمله راهکارهای پیشنهاد شده می توان به موضوع آموزش همگانی برای تشویق پرسنل جهت مشارکت گسترده در این حرکت ملی ، ایجاد فرهنگ هم افزائی در هتل، صرفه جوئی گاز در آشپزخانه، نصب وسائل گرمایشی در آشپزخانه بجای مصرف گاز ، متمرکز کردن میهمانان هتل در صورت درصداشغال پایین ، استفاده از لامپ های کم مصرف، نصب لامپ وچراغ های اتوماتیک در هتل،نصب شوتینگ در طبقات هتل متصل به لاندری ،عایق بندی پنجره ها و درب های ورودی آشپز خانه و لابی هتل و خرید لوازم برقی با برچسب انرژی اشاره کرد به گزارش روابط عمومی هتل پارسیان کوثر تهران شستشوی فیلترهای هوا در فن ها و اگزوز فن های آشپزخانه و هتل ، نصب پنجره های دو جداره ، کم کردن آب سیفونها با قراردادن بطری شن در آنها، استفاده از انرژی خورشیدی ، استفاده از شیر های پدالی در ظرفشور خانه و سایرقسمت های مشابه هتل ، استفاده از سرشیرهای فشار شکن (تزریق هوا در کلیه شیرها)، استفاده از زیر دوشی بجای وان در بعضی از اتاقها ، تنظیم درجه حرارت آب حمام های داخل اتاقها ، استفاده از دستگاههای ذخیره برق و استفاده از تلویزیونهای LCDوLED بجای تلویزیون های معمولی از دیگر راهکارهای پیشنهاد شده کارکنان این هتل برای صرفه جوئی در مصرف حامل های انرژی بوده است . بنابر این گزارش همچنین رنگ آمیزی مناسب اتاق ها و فضاهای عمومی جهت صرفه جوئی در مصرف برق، نصب کارت انرژی در اتاقها ، استفاده از پمپ های آبرسانی هوشمند ، آبیاری قطره ایی فضای سبز، تنظیم دقیق و مداوم درجه سردخانه ها ، فریزرها و یخچالها در هتل، افزایش سرعت اینترنت در هتل جهت صرفه جوئی درمصرف برق و زمان ، استفاده از چیلرهای گازسوز، کوتاه کردن مسیر لوله های آب گرم از موتورخانه به مراکز مصرف ، نصب آب گرم کن خورشیدی در پشت بام ، گندزدایی استاندارد آب استخرو انتخاب کارکنان تلاشگر در این عرصه و معرفی آنان به عنوان کارمند نمونه جهت تشویق سایر کارکنان با استفاده از ابزارهای تشویقی از دیگر پیشنهادات مطرح شده از سوی کارکنان هتل کوثر تهران در قالب طرح نظام پیشنهادات برای کاهش مصرف آب ، برق و گاز در این هتل بود که کاربرد آنان یقیناً اثرات مثبت زیادی را بدنبال خواهد داشت . گفتنی است که مقرر گردید در اولین جلسه کمیته انرژی هتل پارسیان کوثر تهران به پیشنهاد اعضای کمیته مذکور به سه پیشنهاد برترجوایز ویژه ای اهداء شود.
